Semiconductor-focused troubleshooting platform ThirdAI raises $3-M from Endiya Partners, Capria Vent
San Francisco, USA- and India-based deeptech startup ThirdAI Automation has raised USD 3 million (INR 27.2 crore) in a seed funding round co-led by Endiya Partners and Capria Ventures.Founded in 2024 by Sainyam Galhotra and Vivek Vishwakarma, ThirdAI Automation provides a root cause analysis and troubleshooting platform for semiconductor manufacturing. The company's AI-powered copilot processes equipment logs, sensor data, images, and operational records to diagnose failures at chip manufacturing facilities and assists engineers in debugging operations.ThirdAI plans to use the new funds to scale product development, increase hiring, and expedite deployments at equipment manufacturers and semiconductor fabrication facilities.
