Semiconductor startup Vervesemi raises $10-M led by Ashish Kacholia, Unicorn India Ventures

Noida-based Vervesemi has raised USD 10 million in a Series A funding round led by Ashish Kacholia and Unicorn India Ventures, with participation from Roots Ventures, Caperize Fina and MAIQ Growth Scheme.Founded in 2017 by Pratap Narayan Singh and Rakesh Malik, Vervesemi is a fabless semiconductor startup that develops machine learning-enhanced analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions for industrial, smart energy, motor control, and avionics applications. The company claims to possess over 140 semiconductor IP blocks, 25 integrated circuit product variants, and more than 10 patents.The fresh funding will be used by the company to support the scaling of its engineering and applications teams, expand its intellectual property portfolio, and facilitate continued investment in next-generation precision analog architectures. Vervesemi also plans to deepen its engagement with original equipment manufacturers and system companies across Asia and the USA.
