Sequoia Capital India sells Indigo Paints shares worth Rs.210-Cr, registers 14.52x return

Sequoia Capital India has shares worth INR 209.62 crore of publicly listed Indigo Paints Ltd. Post the sale, the investor would hold a 25.26% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Aug 2014 and Feb 2016, Sequoia Capital India invested INR 168.34 crore in the target. The company went public in Feb 2021 as part of which Sequoia Capital India had made a partial exit.
