Sequoia sells addl Stove Kraft shares worth Rs.75-Cr, registers 4.17x return

Sequoia Capital India has sold shares worth INR 75.19 crore of publicly listed Stove Kraft Ltd. through a bulk deal via NSE. Post the latest sale, the investor would hold a 9.96% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Feb 2010 and Sep 2013, Sequoia Capital India invested INR 160 Cr in Stove Kraft. The company went public in Feb 2021.
