Services mgmt platform co. Atomicwork bags investment from Okta Ventures
Bengaluru- and Palo Alto, California (USA)-based AI-based services management platform Atomicwork has received an investment from Okta Ventures.Founded in 2022 by Vijay Rayapati, Kiran Darisi and Parsuram Vijayshankar, Atomicwork provides agentic service management solutions using AI to help companies automate IT workflows and streamline employee support through collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.The new funds will be used to combine its Agentic AI with modern identity integrations that combine identity, access intelligence and IGA into everyday service delivery.
Between Sep 2023 and Jan 2025, Atomicwork had attracted about USD 39 M from Blume Ventures, Neon Fund, Storm Ventures, Z47, Battery Ventures, Khosla Ventures, Peak XV Partners and others.For FY24, Atomicwork had reported about INR 16 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.24 Cr in PAT.
