Servify acquires conversational bot platform Jubi.ai
Servify, an after-sales services platform for electronics products, has acquired a 100% stake in Jubi.ai, a fellow Mumbai-based, AI-driven engagement platform used to automate customer support and sales, in a cash and equity deal. Jubi.ai founders Subhadeep Bhattacharya and Souvik Das will become part of Servify's Product and Engineering leadership teams.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In July-2018, Jubi.ai had joined the accelerator program of Axilor. It was also selected for Oracle's 4th Startup Batch.
