Sexual wellness focused Allo Health raises Rs.16-Cr led by Rainmatter, existing investors

Bengaluru-based sexual wellness startup Allo Health has raised INR 16 crore (around USD 1.83 million) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Rainmatter Capital with participation from existing investors. Allo Health had raised USD 4.4 million in the previous seed funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from Binny Bansal (Flipkart), Deepinder Goyal (Zomato), Rohit MA (Cloudnine), and Sandeep Singhal (Nexus).Founded in 2022 by Pranay Jivrajka, Allo has built a hybrid ecosystem that combines physical clinics, treatment protocols, and trained medical professionals. The firm claims to have treated over 200,000 patients across India, achieving a 85% improvement in patient outcomes, with over 35 clinics across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mysore, and Ranchi.The fresh proceeds will be used to ramp up clinic densification, invest in deeper technology capabilities, and enhance patient engagement.

In Feb 2022, Allo Health had attracted about USD 4.43 M from 3ONE4 Capital, Capier Investments, Nexus Venture Partners, and Three State Ventures.For FY24, Allo Health had reported about INR 2.72 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 9.23 Cr in Net Loss.
