Shadowfax acquires critical logistics solutions provider CriticaLog
Third-party logistics player Shadowfax has acquired Bengaluru-based CriticaLog , which offers solutions to Fortune 500 companies in handling complex and critical logistics challenges.Founded in 2013 by Sujoy Guha and Samir Panda, CriticaLog claims to work with over 400 organisations transporting products such as electronics, automobile spare parts, jewellery, and pharmaceuticals.
In June 2013, CriticaLog had raised about USD 0.80 M from LoGon Investments.
