Shalimar Corp, HDFC Capital form Rs.750-Cr real estate investment platform

HDFC Capital Advisors , the real estate private equity arm of HDFC Group, has partnered with Lucknow-based Shalimar Corp to establish an INR 750 crore investment platform. This collaboration focuses on the development of residential and mixed-use projects across Uttar Pradesh, specifically targeting Lucknow, Varanasi, and Kanpur.The platform aims to facilitate the construction of approximately 3,000 homes and over 5 million sq ft of development space.
