Shivalik Small Finance Bank raises Rs.100-Cr led by Lightspeed, Sorin Investments
Noida-headquartered Shivalik Small Finance Bank has attracted INR 100 crore in equity funding co-led by Lightspeed Ventures and Sorin Investments. Its existing investors Accel India and Quona Capital also participated in the funding round.
The transaction happened in May 2024. INR 96.02 Cr was invested for a 10.78% stake. Lightspeed Ventures, via Lightspeed India Partners IV, LLC, invested INR 38.42 Cr. Sorin Investments, via SORIN Investment Fund, invested INR 38.42 Cr. Quona Capital, via Quona Accion Inclusion Fund III, L.P, invested INR 9.59 Cr. Accel India, via Accel India VII Ltd., invested INR 9.59 Cr.
