Silver Consumer Electricals raises Rs.80-Cr

Rajkot Gujarat-based, Silver Consumer Electricals Private Limited has made a private placement round at a valuation of INR 400 crore from Plutus Wealth Management LLP and India Inflection Opportunity Fund, managed by Pantomath Capital Management, invested in the company, taking a 10% stake each. Pantomath Capital Advisors acted as the sole investment banker for the transaction.
