Singapore's Foundation PE buys 100% LP interest in Prime Venture Partners' first fund
Singapore-based secondaries specialist Foundation Private Equity has acquired all of the limited partner (LP) interests in the first fund of early-stage venture capital firm Prime Venture Partners. The transaction is stated to have helped Prime Venture Partners deliver a healthy, top-decile return to the LPs in its ninth year of operation. It has extended the fund by four years. Foundation Private Equity has now become the sole LP in Prime Venture Partners' first fund.
