Sixth Sense sells AVG Logistics shares worth Rs.3.39 Cr

Sixth Sense Ventures has sold 117,559 equity shares at INR 288.58 per share of publicly listed AVG Logistics through a bulk deal on the NSE. The sale aggregates to INR 3.39 crore.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Apr 2018, Sixth Sense Ventures invested INR 9.41 Cr for an 8.54% stake in AVG Logistics through an anchor allotment. Subsequently it invested more in the company. It has started to exit its investment starting in June 2023.
