Sixth Sense Ventures sells AVG Logistics shares worth Rs.2-Cr; registers 2.5x return

Sixth Sense Ventures, via Sixth Sense India Opportunities 11, has sold 100,000 equity shares (0.85% stake) at INR 222.18 per share of publicly-listed AVG Logistics Ltd on Jun 7, 2023 through a bulk deal on the NSE. The sale aggregates to INR 2.22 crore. Post the sale, Sixth Sense holds 2,726,327 equity shares (23.15% stake) in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Apr 2018, Sixth Sense Ventures invested INR 9.41 Cr for an 8.54% stake at INR 107 per share through anchor allotment. Subsequently it invested more in the company.
