Skincare brand 82°E to raise Rs.50-Cr from Deepika Padukone’s Ka Enterprises, others
Mumbai-headquartered D2C (direct-to-consumer) personal care startup 82°E is set to raise INR 50 crore (around USD 6 million) by alloting 50 Lakh Seed 2 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at INR 100 to existing investors including Ka Enterprises, the investment unit of actress Deepika Padukone, and new investors.The brand was founded in 2021 and sells five skincare products – moisturisers, face oil, lip care, cleanser and sunscreen.
In May-22, 82°E had raised over INR 63 Cr from DSG Consumer Partners, IDEO Ventures, QED Investors, Deepika Padukone and other HNIs .
