Skincare brand Asaya raises Rs.28-Cr led by RPSG Capital
Bengaluru-based skincare brand Asaya has raised INR 28 crore in a pre-Series A funding round led by RPSG Capital. The round also saw participation from Suyash Saraf and Anisha Agarwal Saraf, co-founders of Dot & Key and existing investors OTP Ventures and Huddle Ventures.Founded in 2021 by Neeraj Biyani, Anupam Sinha and Ritu Malhotra, Asaya offers skincare products formulated to address hyperpigmentation and related issues, particularly for Indian skin types. The new funds will be used for research & development, accelerate product development, and to launch six product solutions over the next 12 months.
In Jun 2024, Asaya had attracted about USD 2 M from Eternal Capital, Huddle Ventures, OTP Venture Partners and others.For FY24, Asaya had reported about INR 1 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 2 Cr in Net Loss.
