Skincare brand Foxtale raises $30-M led by Japan’s Kose Corp
Mumbai-based Foxtale , a D2C (direct-to-consumer) skincare brand, has raised USD 30 million (approximately INR 250 crore) in a round led by Japanese beauty products company Kose Corporation. Existing investors Z47 (formerly Matrix Partners India), Kae Capital, and Panthera Growth Partners also participated in this funding round.The new funds will be used to expand the firm’s product range and enhance online presence.Founded in 2021 by Romita Mazumdar, Foxtale offers affordable products for Indian skin types, addressing issues such as acne, ageing, and hyperpigmentation.
Between Oct 2021 and Mar 2024, Foxtale had raised about USD 37 M from Kae Capital, Z47, Panthera Growth Ventures and Others.
