Smart locks startup Spintly raises $2-M from Accel, others
Goa- and Milpitas, California (US)-based Internet of Things (IoT) startup Spintly has raised USD 2 million (INR 16.7 crore) in an extended seed funding round from a host of institutional investors including Accel India, Doctor Technology and Chakra Growth Fund. The firm will use the funding to penetrate the US market.Founded in 2018 by Rohin Parket and Malcolm Dsouza, Spintly offers a smart phone-based physical access control solution for commercial and residential buildings, providing smartphone-based door access to users.
Between Apr-21 and Nov-22, Spintly had raised USD 3 M from Accel India, RiSo Capital and others.
