Smart ring maker Ultrahuman raises $60-M led by Qualcomm Ventures
Bengaluru-based Ultrahuman has raised USD 60 million in a Series C round led by Qualcomm Ventures. The transaction saw participation from Alpha Wave, Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings, Deepinder Goyal, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, Steadview Capital, GGM Family Trust, and Krypton Fund. Additional investors in the round include InCred Wealth and Joy Bhakat.Founded in 2020 by Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal, the company manufactures wearable smart rings. Its product portfolio includes the Ring Air smart ring, the M1 Live glucose monitoring wearable, and the Blood Vision blood testing platform. The company plans to use the new funds for growth and expansion.This funding round values the company at about USD 363-M post-money, representing a 65% increase from its previous Series B valuation.
Between Jul 2020 and Nov 2025, Ultrahuman had attracted about USD 78 M from Alpha Wave Global, Blume Ventures, iSeed, Nexus Venture Partners, Steadview Capital, Nanavati Family Office, Panthera Capital Ventures, Alteria Capital, and others.For FY25, Ultrahuman had reported about INR 565 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 73 Cr in PAT.
