Smart rings maker Ultrahuman in talks to raise $60-M led by Steadview, Blume Ventures

Bengaluru-based Ultrahuman is in talks to raise about $60-M in a funding round led by existing investors Steadview Capital and Blume Ventures. The transaction is structured as a continuation of a $35-M to $40-M round that was completed in March.Founded in 2021, the company manufactures wearable smart rings. The firm intends to use the capital to support its operations and growth.The company has reportedly faced challenges in raising institutional capital due to an ongoing patent dispute with its Finnish competitor, Oura, which has created uncertainty regarding the company's access to the US market.

Between Jul 2020 and Nov 2025, Ultrahuman had attracted about $ 78 M from Alpha Wave Global, Blume Ventures, iSeed, Nexus Venture Partners, Steadview Capital, Nanavati Family Office, Panthera Capital Ventures, Alteria Capital, Others.For FY25, Ultrahuman had reported about INR 565 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 73 Cr in PAT.
