Sneaker brand Gully Labs raises $3-M led by Saama Capital
Delhi-based sneaker brand Gully Labs has raised INR 26.5 crore (USD 3 million) in its Series A round. Saama Capital led the round with an investment of INR 22.6 crore, while seed-stage backer Zeropearl followed with INR 3.5 crore. The round also saw participation from Teppan (INR 20 lakh), Unacademy co-founder Roman Saini (INR 10 lakh), Edelweiss Mutual Fund MD and CEO Radhika Gupta (INR 10 lakh), and angel investor Aditya Bhalla (INR 4 lakh). Gully Labs would issue 10 equity shares and 31,925 Series A compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at INR 8,301 per share to raise the sum.Following the fresh allotment, which values Gully Labs at around INR 147 crore (USD 16.25 million) post-money, Saama Capital VI LP has emerged as the largest shareholder with a 15.40% stake, while Zeropearl Fund holds 10.21%.Co-founded in 2023 by Arjun Singh and Animesh Mishra, Gully Labs operates a direct-to-consumer footwear brand focused on sneakers inspired by Indian street culture. The company designs and manufactures its products in-house and primarily sells through its own website. The fresh funds will be used for business expansion.
Between Mar 2025 and Jun 2025, Gully Labs had attracted about USD 1 M in equity and debt from Untitled Ventures, Zeropearl, Stride Ventures, others.
