SoftBank unit sells Ola Electric rights entitlements
The investment vehicle SVF II Ostrich (DE) LLC of SoftBank has sold 3.58 crore rights entitlements (REs) in Ola Electric Mobility . The sell-off occurred as the electric two-wheeler manufacturer sought to raise INR 1,000 crore through a rights issue.

SoftBank Corp first invested in Ola Electric in Sep 2021. The company went public in Aug 2024, as part of which, SoftBank Corp had made a part exit. It subsequently sold shares in Sep 2025 and Jan 2026.
