Software assistance platform Gyde raises $250-K from Better Capital, Ashish Achrekar
Gyde, a Pune-based software assistance and adoption focused startup, has raised USD 250,000 in a seed funding from Better Capital and Ashish Achrekar, the chief executive of an analytics company. Gyde provides artificial intelligence (AI) based ‘guide' tools to educate software application users for better on-boarding, adoption and engagement. With the new capital, the startup plans to accelerate product development, acquire customers globally and deliver personalised help to software users. It claims to have customers and partners in more than 6 countries.
