Software developer for AI cos. UnifyApps raises $50-M led by WestBridge Capital
Gurugram- and New York, USA-based software developer for AI companies, UnifyApps , has raised USD 50 million (about INR 438.7 crore) in its Series B round of funding led by WestBridge Capital. The round also saw participation from existing investor ICONIQ and other investors.Founded in 2023, UnifyApps helps businesses connect and automate their software tools without needing to write any code. It also integrates GenAI to create intelligent agents that can perform tasks such as responding to e-mails or updating records, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.The new funds will be used to grow the firm’s presence in Europe, enhance and speed up development of its platform, strengthen connections with other business software, and create a library of ready-to-use applications that companies can adopt without building from scratch.The company has appointed ex-Sprinklr founder Ragy Thomas as its new Chairman and Co-CEO, alongside Co-founder and CEO Pavitar Singh.
Between Mar 2024 and Nov 2024, UnifyApps had attracted about USD 33 M from Elevation Capital, Iconiq Capital and others.
