Software provider for construction industry Attentive.ai raises $30.5 M led by Insight Partners
Delhi- and Delaware (USA)-based AI-based takeoff software provider Attentive.ai has raised USD 30.5 million in a Series B funding round led by global software investor Insight Partners, with participation from Vertex Ventures, Tenacity Ventures, and InfoEdge Venture Fund.Founded in 2017 by Shiva Dhawan and Rishabjit Singh, Attentive.ai provides software for the construction and outdoor services industries. Its flagship product, Beam AI, is an AI-driven takeoff platform that streamlines preconstruction workflows for general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.The new funds will be used to accelerate the development of AI products and support expansion into new markets. The company also plans to accelerate its AI model development and product innovation across the entire preconstruction lifecycle, which includes takeoffs, estimating, bidding, and collaboration.
Between Jul 2021 and Jan 2025, Attentive had attracted about USD 19 M from Info Edge, Peak XV Partners, Tenacity Ventures, Vertex and others.For FY24, Attentive had reported about INR 4 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.4 Cr in PAT.
