Solar panel maker Rayzon raises $16-M
Surat-headquartered solar panel manufacturer Rayzon Solar has raised INR 137.8 crore (about USD 16.2 million) in a new round from individual investors including Harshadkumar Patel and Divyang Patel. Rayzon has issued 58,89,092 equity shares at INR 234 to raise the sum.Harshadkumar Patel led the round with an investment of INR 26.8 crore followed by Divyang Patel, who is contributing INR 5 crore. Around 80 other individual investors are also participating in the round with smaller cheques.Co-founded in 2017 by Chirag Nakrani and Hardik Kothiya, Rayzon Solar is a PV module manufacturer and smart energy solution provider and claims to have a global customer base across the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa.
