Solar solutions provider to farmers Ecozen raises $23-M from responsAbility, others
Pune-based solar solutions provider Ecozen has raised USD 23 million in debt from impact investors responsAbility Investments AG, Northern Arc Capital Ltd, and Maanaveeya Development & Finance Pvt Ltd.Founded in 2010, Ecozen specialises in technology solutions for agriculture, including solar-powered irrigation systems and cold storage units.
Between Dec 2013 and Apr 2024, Ecozen had raised about USD 73 M in debt and equity from Villgro, Caspian Advisors, Omnivore Partners and othersFor FY24 , Ecozen had reported about INR 429 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 15 Cr in PAT.
