Solar solutions provider ZunRoof raises Rs.20-Cr from Godrej Family Office
Gurugram-based smart energy solutions startup ZunRoof has raised INR 20 crore ( USD 2.3 million) from Godrej Family Office (via ANBG Enterprise LLP) with participation from Ravindernath Chadha. The company is to allot 75,960 equity shares at an issue price of INR 2,638 each to raise the investment amount.Founded in 2016, ZunRoof provides solar solutions for residential and commercial buildings, including design, installation, and IoT-based remote monitoring.
Between Apr-19 and Mar-20, Zunroof had raised about USD 4 M from Godrej Family Office.For FY24, Zunroof had reported about INR 26 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 14 Cr in Net Loss.
