Healthcare focused PE investor Somerset Indus Capital Partners has sold its stake in publicly-listed Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd realizing INR 44.12 crore. Post the sale, Somerset Indus Capital has completely exited its over 7.8-year-old investment with a 12.8x return.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jun 2015, Somerset Indus Capital Partners invested INR 25 Cr. In Mar 2017, it invested additional INR 5 Cr. Other PE investors in the company include Kitara Capital and Phi Capital. The company went public in Aug 2021 at INR 954 per share and Somerset Indus Capital sold most of its shares during the IPO.
