South Asian Enterprises acquires controlling stake in Chai Thela
Publicly listed South Asian Enterprises Ltd (SAEL) has acquired a controlling stake of 60.34% in Noida based tea retail startup Chai Thela Pvt Ltd. SAEL has acquired 7,359 equity shares for INR 29 lakhs.
