Space robotics startup Cosmochute attracts $1.5 M led by Prosus Ventures

Ahmedabad-based Cosmochute Space has raised USD 1.5 M in a pre-seed funding round led by Prosus Ventures. The company is part of the inaugural Atoms X cohort, which was launched by Prosus in partnership with Accel.Founded by three rocket engineers, Cosmochute aims to create a reusable infrastructure layer to address the cost and complexity associated with lunar missions. The firm is developing a modular lunar mobility platform called LEAP to facilitate payload transportation and deployment on the Moon.Cosmochute will use the new funds to accelerate platform development, support hiring, and advance space research and innovation.
