Hyderabad-based Dhruva Space has received INR 60 crore from the space tech focused Antariksh Venture Capital Fund (AVCF).Founded in 2012 by Sanjay Nekkanti, Chaitanya Dora Surapureddy, Abhay Egoor and Krishna Teja Penamakuru, Dhruva Space is a full-stack space engineering solutions provider. It offers satellites coupled with earth stations and launch services as an integrated solution or individually as technology solutions to power space-based applications on Earth and beyond.Dhruva aims to use the funds for continued expansion, strengthening sovereign spacecraft manufacturing capabilities, accelerating product development, and scaling infrastructure.
Between Oct 2021 and Feb 2026, Dhruva Space had attracted about $31-M from Blue Ashva Capital, GVFL, IAN Fund, Hyderabad Angels, IvyCap Ventures, SIDBI VC, Big Capital, Blume Ventures, Silverneedle Ventures, Arvog Ventures and others.For FY25, Dhruva Space had reported about Rs.10-Cr in Operating Income and about Rs.38-Cr in Net Loss.
