Space-tech co. Ethereal Exploration Guild raises $5-M from TDK Ventures
Bengaluru-based Ethereal Exploration Guild has raised USD 5 million in a Series A round from TDK Ventures. Existing investors in Ethereal include YourNest VC, Bluehill Capital, BIG Capital, Campus Fund, and Golden Sparrow VC.The space technology startup is developing a fully reusable medium-lift launch vehicle called Razor Crest Mk-1. The company's founders, Manu J. Nair, Shubhayu Sardar, and Prashanth Sharma, have prior experience at ISRO, satellite propulsion startup Manastu Space, and international aerospace research programmes. The new funds will be used to accelerate engine testing, vehicle integration, and early demonstration missions.
Between Jun 2023 and Oct 2025, EtherealX had attracted about USD 26 M from BlueHill Capital, Riceberg Ventures, Campus Fund, Golden Sparrow Ventures, YourNest, Accel India, Big Capital, Prosus Ventures, TDK Ventures and others.For FY25, EtherealX had reported about INR 4 Cr in Net Loss.
