Spacetech startup Bellatrix raises Rs.107-Cr led by Cactus Partners
Bengaluru-based Bellatrix Aerospace has raised INR 107 crore ( USD 11.7 million) in a round led by Cactus Partners Fund, with participation from Hero Enterprise Partner Ventures, GrowX Ventures, 35 North India Growth and other existing investors .Founded in 2025, Bellatrix Aerospace develops advanced propulsion systems for satellites. Its technology supports the deployment of small satellites into orbit and the transportation of large communication satellites to geostationary orbit. The company announced plans to expand operations to the US and establish a propulsion systems manufacturing unit in Delaware to serve the American market.
Between Jun-19 and Mar-25, Bellatrix Aerospace had attracted about USD 13.8 M from BASF Venture Capital, Growx Ventures, Inflexor Ventures, J&A Partners, KITVEN, Munjal Family Office, Pavestone Capital, StartupXseed Ventures, IDFC Parampara Capital, Others.For FY25, Bellatrix Aerospace had reported about INR 25.2Cr in Net Loss.
