Spacetech startup Digantara raises $1.88 M
Spacetech startup Digantara has raised INR 15.54 crore (approximately USD 1.88 million) in an extended Series A funding round that values it at INR 590 crore (USD 71 million). The extended Series A funding round was led by Naman Finance And Investment Private Limited (NFAI) and SIDBI Venture Capital.The company will issue 20 equity shares and 622 Series A1 compulsory convertible preference shares (CCPS) at an issue price of INR 2,42,122 per share. NFAI is acquiring a 1.41% stake and SIDBI Venture Capital a 1.23% stake,Founded in December 2018, Digantara is focused on tracking space debris.
