The firm aims to back companies in emerging sectors, including physical AI and robotics, next-generation semiconductors, advanced cybersecurity, generative and agentic AI, quantum computing, life sciences, climate technology, and mobility.Exfinity has achieved liquidity milestones for its Fund II, which was launched in 2016, enabling a full capital return. The fund completed three strategic exits in the past 12 months. These include its exit from Kinara.ai, following its acquisition by NXP Semiconductors; its exit from Locus, after its acquisition by Ingka Group, the holding company of IKEA; and its exit from AI Palette, a portfolio company from the firm’s 2020 vintage fund, after GlobalData acquired it.The firm's stake in adtech startup Pixis has been a contributor to Fund II’s performance. Exfinity had previously executed a partial exit from Pixis, delivering 60X Multiple on Invested Capital (MOIC), and continues to hold a significant ownership stake in the company. The acquisition of Locus by Ingka Group is expected to enhance the acquirer's last-mile logistics and delivery optimisation.
