Speech analytics tools provider to banks GreyLabs AI nets Rs.85-Cr led by Elevation Capital
Mumbai-based GreyLabs AI , a speech analytics startup for financial institutions, has raised INR 85 crore (around USD 10 million) in a funding round led by Elevation Capital, with participation from existing investor Z47 (formerly Matrix Partners India) and angel investors.Founded in 2023 by Aman Goel, Harshita Srivastava, Shivam Gupta, Raj Sanghavi, Debabrata Basak and Shreyas Patel, GreyLabs AI helps financial institutions automate customer care operations. The firm’s AI agent platform is designed to help financial institutions automate customer interactions across sales, service, collections, renewals, and verification processes.More than a year ago, GreyLabs AI bagged USD 1.5 million in its seed round from Matrix Partners India and angel investors such as MoEngage founder Narasimha Reddy, Uni Cards founder Nitin Gupta and Scapia founder Anil Goteti.The company claims to cater to more than 50 banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) companies, including RBL Bank, AU Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, Groww, and Axis Finance.
