Sports-coaching startup Machaxi raises $1.5 M led by Rainmatter capital
Bengaluru-based sports and fitness tech startup Machaxi has raised USD 1.5 million in a round led by Rainmatter Capital, with participation from former Badminton player Prakash Padukone and other existing investors.The fresh funding will be used by the company to expand operations in Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai, besides building a nationwide framework for badminton coaching.Founded by Pratish Raj, Tushar Raj and Ashish Anand in 2019, Machaxi claims to enable parents to track their kids’ progress across technical parameters of various sports. The company also plans to launch an AI-based coaching system to help in training, regardless of geography or availability of experts.
In Jun-24, Machaxi had raised funding from IP Ventures.
