Sports-tech startup Sports for Life raises $1.1 M
Bengaluru-headquartered sports-tech startup Sports For Life (SFL) , co-founded by Sourjyendu Medda and Armaan Tandon, has raised USD 1.1 million. The firm plans to assist sports academies across India.Investors who backed the startup include venture capital firms Blume Ventures, Roots Ventures and Kunal Shah’s QED Innovations Lab. The firm also received backing from Tandon Group’s chairman Manohar Lal Tandon’s family office and others.Sports for Life (SFL) invests in sports academies across India, enhancing their operations with technology, business services, and targeted investments. It offers to streamline management, boost athlete performance, and drive sustainable growth.
