Sportstech firm Game Theory raises funding from Badminton coach Pullela Gopichand, others
Bengaluru-based sportstech startup Game Theory has raised funding from badminton coach Pullela Gopichand and a clutch of other sports persons including former squash player Saurav Ghosal and table tennis veteran Sharath Kamal.Founded in 2019 by Sudeep Kulkarni, Game Theory claims to be creating an ecosystem through an app that facilitates the discovery of compatible players and enjoyable gaming experiences. The company plans to deploy the fresh proceeds to help elevate athletes from foundational skills to competitive levels.
