Stem cell tech player Transcell Biologics attracts funding from IAN, Quantiphi

Hyderabad-based biotechnology company, Transcell Biologics has raised funding from Boston-based Quantiphi and IAN (Indian Angel Network). The proceeds will be used to expand the client base and to implement Digital Animal Replacement Technology (DART) as an enterprise solution for the global bio and pharmaceutical industry.Launched in 2009 by Subadra Dravida, Transcell Biologics specialises in maximising stem cell yield while retaining pluripotency and functionality and also offers a proprietary process and has diversified its applications for stem cell technologies.
