Stock broking co Cliqtrade buys addl 10% in Asit Mehta Fin Services; takes holding to 37.19%

Mumbai-based Cliqtrade Stock Brokers has acquired an additional 10% stake in Asit C Mehta Financial Services to take its total holding to 37.19%. Cliqtrade, promoted by the founders of Pantomath Financial Services Group, floated an open offer in August last year to acquire a 17.12% stake in the firm. It further increased its stake by 7.67% in December 2022.
