Stockbroking platform Dhan acquires wealth-tech co. Infinyte Club for $15-M

Mumbai-based Raise Fintech Ventures Pvt Ltd, the parent entity of stockbroking platform Dhan, is to acquire a 100% stake in Bengaluru-based wealth-tech startup Infinyte Club for USD 13-15 million. The deal is being financed through a mix of cash and stock. Post-acquisition, Infinyte co-founder Ankita Tandon will lead Raise Financial's wealth management division.Founded in 2023 by Ankita Tandon and Joylita Saldanha, Infinyte Club offers users access to private market investment opportunities and addresses ESOP liquidity challenges for early employees.

In Aug 2024, Infinyte.club had attracted about USD 4 M from Elevation Capital and others.For FY25, Infinyte.club had reported about INR 1 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 9 Cr in Net Loss.
