Strata invests Rs.131-Cr across 3 realty projects in Bengaluru, Mumbai

Bengaluru-based alternative investment platform Strata has invested INR 131 crore across three real estate developments located in Bengaluru and Mumbai. The investment in Bengaluru includes INR 36 crore for a residential project in Whitefield and INR 65 crore for a residential project in Sarjapur. Additionally, the firm has allocated INR 30 crore towards a commercial development project in Santacruz West, Mumbai.Founded in 2019 by Sudarshan Lodha, Strata, an alternative investment platform, provides investors access to real estate opportunities through fractional ownership models and digitally managed assets, enabling them to participate in professionally managed commercial and residential properties.The company plans to use these investments to tap into the demand for structured capital across residential and commercial developments.
