Strata invests Rs.96-Cr in 3 residential projects in Chennai, Bengaluru
Bengaluru-based alternative investment platform Strata has invested INR 96 crore across three RERA-approved residential projects located in Chennai and Bengaluru.In Chennai, the firm has allocated INR 66 crore across a 1.75-acre apartment project in Semmancherry and a 3.21-acre villa development in Navalur, both situated along the Old Mahabalipuram Road corridor. In Bengaluru, the firm has invested INR 30 crore into a 10.5-acre plotted development located near Devanahalli. These investments are structured to deliver targeted annual returns of approximately 16% to 17% through coupon payouts.
