Study-abroad platform Leverage Edu to raise $20-M Series D: report

Noida-based edtech platform Leverage Edu is set to raise over $20-M in a mix of equity and debt as part of its Series D round. The equity portion of the funding is led by Dubai-based Aditum Fund, while the debt financing is expected to come from IDFC FIRST Bank.Founded in 2017 by Akshay Chaturvedi, Leverage Edu provides services including overseas admissions, education financing, visa services, and test preparation.The company plans to use the new funds to deepen its international expansion, strengthen its financial services vertical for students, and scale its AI-led counselling and admissions products.

Between Jan 2019 and Feb 2026, Leverage Edu had attracted about $ 74 M from Blume Ventures, DSG Consumer Partners, Tomorrow Capital, Trifecta Capital, Artha India Ventures, Kaizen PE, NB Ventures, Qi Ventures, Capri Global Holdings, ETS Strategic Capital, J&A Partners, Spring Marketing Capital, Three State Ventures, Z Nation Lab and others.For FY25, Leverage Edu had reported about INR 111 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 108 Cr in Net Loss.
