Subscription-based healthcare service Even raises $20-M led by Khosla Ventures

Bengaluru-based Even Healthcare has raised INR 169 crore (about USD 20 million) at a post-money valuation of around INR 753 crore (USD 91 million). Existing US-based investor Khosla Ventures led the round contributing INR 83.4 crore (USD 10 million), while Pathfinder (another existing investor) and Mercury Fund invested INR 21.3 crore and INR 26.9 crore respectively. Simon Fiduciaria, DLB Ventures, Lex Italia, 8 VC, Rainmatter Capital (another existing investor) and others cumulatively injected the balance amount. Even will issue 2,17,589 preference shares at INR 7,762 each to the investors.Launched by Mayank Banerjee, Matilde Giglio and Alessandro Lalongo, Even offers subscription-based plans to cover diagnostics, consultations, and hospitalisation costs of up to INR 50 lakh and provides Even cards which can be used to pay bills at its partner hospitals and labs.

Between Apr-21 and Feb-22, Even had raised over USD 19 M from Khosla Ventures, Rainmatter Capital, Alpha Wave Global, Lightrock India and Others.
