Sundaram Alternates' realty credit fund raises Rs.1,000-Cr
Sundaram Alternates’ real estate credit fund, SA Real Estate Credit Fund V, has raised INR 1,000 crore in capital commitments from insurance companies, family offices, corporate treasuries, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. The fund is aiming for a corpus of INR 1,500-2,000 crore.Sundaram Alternates has previously raised over INR 3,800 crore across five real estate credit funds.
