Chennai-based Sundaram Alternates has made the final close of its SA Real Estate Credit Fund V with INR 2,500 crore. The investors included insurance companies, family offices, corporate treasuries, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.The fund functions as a performing credit strategy that focuses on senior secured, amortizing, and cash-generating deals from brownfield residential projects.
