Sunidhi Solaira Capital to invest in merchant banker Saffron Capital Advisors
Mumbai-based Sunidhi Solaira Capital, backed by the Sunidhi Group and Chirag Negandhi, is to invest in Mumbai-headquartered Saffron Capital Advisors . As part of the transaction, Chirag Negandhi will join the board of directors of Saffron Capital and assume the role of joint managing director.Saffron Capital Advisors is a Category 1 merchant banking firm. It plans to use the new investment to integrate its merchant banking franchise with the Sunidhi Group’s capabilities in institutional equities, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and family office advisory, wealth management, and retail distribution.
